5. Hosting and provision of the website

This website is delivered via Netlify (Netlify Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). In the course of delivery, technical data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested resource) is processed in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Data transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We use cookies and comparable technologies exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Sec. 25 (1) German TTDSG) — with the exception of technically necessary cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner.

  • Meta Pixel (1423364515525453) — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Conversion tracking and remarketing for Facebook and Instagram. Data is additionally transmitted server-side via the Conversions API.
  • TikTok Pixel (D85GJ8JC77UDS4G4LNGG) — TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited. Conversion tracking and remarketing.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (10057457) — LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. Conversion tracking and reach analysis for B2B campaigns.
  • Microsoft Clarity — Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Anonymized session analysis (heatmaps, scroll behavior) to improve the usability of this website.

Data may be transmitted to servers in third countries (in particular the USA). Where an adequate level of data protection is not ensured by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission, the transfer takes place on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical and organizational measures.

7. Contact and forms

When you contact us by email, form, WhatsApp or phone, your details are processed to handle the request and for potential follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). When you request a market report, we process your email address to deliver the PDF and for limited editorial follow-up with market analyses — until you withdraw consent.

8. Retention periods

We store personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose and as required by statutory retention obligations (under commercial and tax law generally 6 or 10 years). Data from contact requests that do not lead to an engagement is deleted after 24 months at the latest, unless you have consented to further communication.
